At Sarah Health Initiative, we appreciate your generous donations that help us fight maternal mortality. As a non-profit organization, we rely on contributions to carry out our mission. However, we recognize that there may be cases where a refund request is necessary.

1. Donation Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Contributions: Generally, all donations made to Sarah Health Initiative are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
    • An accidental duplicate donation.
    • A technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
    • Fraudulent transactions reported within 7 days of the donation.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:
